Qualifications

• Formal education in a relevant field of work or equal experience in Fraud & Integrity Risk Management.
• Experience in large-scale Data Analysis, Fraud Detection and Investigation.
• Loyalty programme experience in hospitality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review transactional reports daily to identify suspicious activities and mitigate fraud.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and translate into actionable intelligence for risk owners.
• Provide forecasts and insights; produce weekly/monthly trend reports on fraud threats.
• Develop and support fraud dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with hotels and third-party providers to discuss trends and improvements.
• Apply responsible AI use to enhance analysis and automate workflows with analyst judgement.
