Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Fraud Intelligence Specialist to identify and communicate emerging fraud risks, transforming data into actionable intelligence for risk owners. The role supports a 2nd Line of Defence and collaborates with various teams to strengthen controls and procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring fraud indicators, producing intelligence-based assessments, and contributing to the FDA capability and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale data analysis and fraud detection.
• Experience in hospitality sector with a Loyalty Programme.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted analysis and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactional reports daily to identify suspicious activities and mitigate fraud.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and translate into actionable intelligence.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to identify emerging fraud patterns.
• Provide data-driven forecasts and insights for risk owners.
• Collaborate with Risk Owners and hotels to improve controls and procedures.
