Job summary

GCash is seeking a Fraud Analytics professional in Manila to monitor fraud detection, perform QA on detections, and analyze trends across products. You will work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and provide actionable reports.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in fintech fraud, with a rotating 24/7 shift schedule. This is a full-time position offering growth within the #1 FinTech company in the country, with competitive compensation and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or data analysis in fintech/payments preferred.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze fraud detection parameters and processes for effective control.
• Conduct regular QA reviews on fraud detections and case handling.
• Evaluate performance of detection tools, profiles, and processes; recommend improvements.
• Investigate fraud incidents to determine root causes and propose actions.
• Research emerging fraud schemes, techniques, and trends.
• Analyze existing and new products to identify fraud and revenue risks.
• Collaborate with business and operations units to mitigate fraud risks and ensure coverage.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports on fraud cases, detections, and trends.

Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

• Monitor and analyze fraud detection parameters and processes to ensure effective fraud control.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews on fraud detections and case handling.

• Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or data analysis (preferably in fintech, banking, or payments).
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex findings effectively.
• Knowledge of fraud monitoring systems and processes is an advantage.
• Okay with 24/7 Fraud Operations on rotating and shifting schedule.
