We are seeking a seasoned Framework Developer to design, build, test, and maintain robust application frameworks and core software components. In this role, you will transform technical and functional specifications into scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture that powers enterprise applications across our national operations.

You will play a central role in driving modern coding standards, evaluating new development tools/libraries, ensuring software security compliance, and supporting seamless deployments. If you have 5+ years of software development experience across core programming languages, ERP platforms, and enterprise frameworks, this role offers high technical impact within our Digital Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development & Coding: Write clean, secure, efficient, and well-documented code based on architectural specifications to build reusable application objects and core features.

• Unit & Integration Testing: Design and execute comprehensive test suites to ensure code functional quality, system stability, and high performance.

• Defect Resolution & Bug Tracking: Partner closely with QA teams to track down, diagnose, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and system bugs.

• Code Reviews & Architectural Standards: Participate in peer code reviews to enforce best practices, secure coding guidelines, and software design patterns.

• Deployment & Operational Support: Assist in deploying software builds across environment tiers (staging, production) and provide post-deployment troubleshooting support.

• Vendor & Tool Assessment: Evaluate modern development tools, open-source libraries, external APIs, and emerging frameworks (including IoT/RFID integrations) to boost team productivity and code security.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Work Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software/application development, with hands-on exposure to functional ERP execution (e.g., SAP) and low-code/custom application frameworks.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Intermediate: Core programming languages Java, Python, or JavaScript for secure, scalable software development.

  • Intermediate: Database management & SQL scripting (e.g., using DBeaver).

  • Intermediate: Enterprise architecture concepts, design patterns, version control systems Git, and debugging tools.

  • Intermediate: Testing frameworks for automated unit and integration tests.

  • Adaptability: High learning agility to adopt emerging technologies, such as IoT, RFID, and external API/library integrations.

• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate technical constraints to non-technical business partners, align on secure coding practices with cybersecurity specialists, and troubleshoot integration challenges with third-party vendors.
