Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst, Senior to deliver strategic financial insights, planning, and performance management across the organization in a hybrid work model in the Philippines.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive financial discipline, long‑range value creation, and cross‑functional accountability through data‑driven analyses, executive reporting, and robust forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant Finance experience.
• Experience with variance analysis and the annual budgeting process.
• Consolidation experience at a large, multi-national company is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems, Hyperion and/or OneStream is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long‑range strategic planning processes for corporate functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into financial plans, scenarios, and performance targets.
• Deliver variance analysis on actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers; provide actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate functions and business leaders.
• Challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and influence decision‑making through data insights.
• Support new initiatives, cost optimization programs, and productivity improvements.
• Establish and continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Partner with Accounting to align management reporting with financial statements.

Position Summary:

The Corporate FP&A Analyst, Senior is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, division‑wide planning, and performance management to support executive decision‑making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive financial discipline, long‑range value creation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long‑range strategic planning processes for corporate functions

• Translate strategic priorities into financial plans, scenarios, and performance targets

Financial Analysis & Performance Management

• Deliver insightful variance analysis on actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods

• Prepare executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior management

Business Partnership

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate functions and business leaders

Governance & Controls

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across planning and reporting processes

• Establish and continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies

• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between management reporting and financial statements

Leadership & Development

• Support other junior FP&A team members, fostering a high‑performance culture

• Promote best practices in financial analysis, storytelling, and executive communication

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

• 8 to 10 years of relevant Finance experience

• Relevant experience in variance analysis and the annual budgeting process

• Consolidation experience at a large, multi-national company is strongly preferred

• Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP system, Hyperion and/or OneStream is strongly preferred.

• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
