Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Finance-focused analyst to join the FP&A team onsite in Makati. The role emphasizes program results analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting, and budgeting/forecasting across multiple locations and programs.

Responsibilities include variance analyses and supporting finance projects. Candidates should have at least 6 months of accounting or financial experience and be available for a nightshift aligned with US hours.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or any Finance-related course.
• Experience in FP&A and reports generation is an advantage.
• Must have at least 6 months of accounting or financial experience.
• Must be amenable to full onsite setup; site is located at EDSA Buendia, Makati.
• Must be amenable to work on a fixed nightshift schedule (following US hours).

Responsibilities

• Program Results – Analyzes key operating statistics and income/gross profit performance; documents variance analyses and reasons for actual results differing from budgeted and forecast results.
• Reporting – Generates various monthly and quarterly reports from the general ledger; responds to internal requests for reports, investigations, and analysis primarily using Excel and other financial reporting tools and databases.
• Budgeting and Forecasting – Prepares the monthly forecast and annual budget for multiple locations, clients, and programs.
• Participates as a team member on finance projects which will help to improve the business.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
