Job summary

Prime Infra seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager in Metro Manila. You will lead the preparation of financial models, budgets, and management reports, and perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses of operations and finances to guide future goals.

The role emphasizes building medium- and long-term plans, evaluating cost efficiency, and presenting concise recommendations to senior management. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and CPA/CFA/AFM/CFM are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or business management with finance specialization.
• At least 6 years of experience in financial modelling, valuations, financial planning or budgeting.
• Oil & gas industry experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, AFM or CFM are preferred.
• Project management experience (timeline, team/resources, costs, risks, stakeholders).
• Advanced financial modelling, valuations, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills; ability to present complex topics succinctly to top management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation of medium and long-term financial and strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models for investments and business.
• Consolidate budgets across departments into a corporate budget with variance analyses.
• Coordinate annual budgeting process including five-year plans and quarterly/monthly forecasts.
