Job summary

Dover Business Services Philippines is seeking an FP&A Analyst to assist in preparing FP&A deliverables used in management and external reporting. You will help ensure report accuracy and maintain communication with specialists across functions.

You will contribute to improving deliverables by evaluating benefits, speed, and accuracy, and you will support FP&A projects in a fast-paced environment across regions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of finance experience; exposure to FP&A preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Intermediate analytical ability is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to network and build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of FP&A deliverables used in management and external reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy of reports and outputs.
• Maintain communication with specialists and provide support for questions related to reports/tasks.
• Improve current deliverables by evaluating reporting benefits, speed, and accuracy.
• Ongoing support of the FP&A team in special projects or growth opportunities.
