Job summary

hammerjack is seeking an FP&A Analyst to turn financial and operational data into accurate, repeatable reporting. You will focus on data extraction, cleansing, and creating well-controlled reporting models while partnering with the finance team to improve timeliness and transparency of management information.

You will build recurring reports and dashboards, analyze performance vs budget/forecast, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or similar finance role.
• Strong Excel skills including pivots, lookups, and reporting models.
• Experience with data extraction, cleansing, and validation.
• Power Query and Power BI desirable.
• Accounting/finance degree; CPA/CA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, map, and structure financial/operational data for reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management reports, dashboards, and schedules.
• Analyse performance against budget/forecast and prior year.
• Prepare first-draft variance commentary and bridges.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning inputs and scenarios.
• Maintain Excel and Power Query-based reporting models with controls.
