Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Planning, Analysis & Reporting professional to support brand budgeting, monthly estimates, and forecasting across PH brands.

You will coordinate with regional demand planning teams, validate forecasts, and manage month-end activities, generating NS estimates and reports for PH Affiliate and Region, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with finance and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the annual budget and monthly estimates process for assigned brands
• Review and analyze productivity, COGS, category mix, A&P, and other key performance metrics to optimize brand performance
• Collaborate with regional demand planning teams and affiliates to validate net sales and forecast reconciliations
• Provide independent evaluation of brand financial forecasts and assess financial risks or opportunities
• Manage month-end activities, mainly accruals, for brands
• Monitor month-end closing processes
• Prepare NS estimate landing
• Generate month-end reports for PH Affiliate and Region
• Coordinate with Cluster Shared Service team/GenPact/local accounting firms on accounting matters as needed
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the business
