Job summary

Meritt is seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to build the technical front line of Europe’s application development. This remote role focuses on enhancing accessibility software and requires strong collaboration with development teams in France and South EMEA.

Located remotely, the candidate will enjoy a base salary of approximately €120K plus a variable component of €20K-€30K. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience and are fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical position, such as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies and development.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored technical demos to enterprise development teams.
• Run technical discovery sessions post-business qualification.
• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) validation cycles effectively.

Skills

Customer-facing technical role experience
