Job summary

Stealth HealthTech Startup is seeking a founding offshore Software Engineer to own data architecture, integrations, and internal tooling with a US-based ops team. You’ll build data models, scalable integrations, and AI-assisted automations, working async across time zones.

You’ll design with reliability in mind, ensuring observability and secure handling of sensitive data. You’ll interact with the ops team to replace manual processes, deploy internal UIs when needed, and document systems so

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production backend/data/integration systems with ownership.
• Strong data modeling and systems design skills.
• Fluent integrations with third-party APIs, webhooks, and auth.
• Pragmatic approach to scope and delivery; autonomous work style.
• Excellent written English for async collaboration and docs.
• Experience with AI-native tooling and building agents is a plus.
• Ability to handle healthcare-adjacent data securely.

Responsibilities

• Own data architecture for physician sourcing, onboarding, and billing flows.
• Build and harden integrations between CRM, e-sign, scheduling, and data stores.
• Replace manual ops with automations and AI agents with oversight.
• Develop lightweight internal tools and durable client-facing UI when needed.
• Translate ambiguous needs into production-ready solutions with monitoring.
• Instrument pipelines and dashboards used by ops and leadership.
