Plutus Media is seeking a Content & Audience Growth Manager to own and scale the organic content engine behind our company and leadership brands. You will grow the founder’s personal brand and Plutus Media’s presence across key channels, with expansion opportunities across leadership over time.

This role requires hands-on growth, not just social media management. You should have personally built or materially grown an audience and can prove it through past results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content, audience growth, personal branding, media, organic growth, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience growing at least one content property to meaningful scale across channels.
• Experience producing or managing 20–30 pieces of content per month.

Responsibilities

• Own the content and audience-growth strategy across company and leadership channels.
• Build and manage content calendars and publishing cadences without daily direction.
• Develop original content concepts to drive reach, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to turn expertise into compelling content.
• Identify what works and continuously iterate on content strategy.
• Develop distribution strategies to maximise reach and lifespan of content.
