Job summary

The role involves building and deploying custom simulation solutions directly with clients, using Java and Python for data processing. You will own end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment, and integrate large-scale data into AI frameworks.

Collaborate with the core engineering team on platform architecture and work with client stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives, while rapidly prototyping and iterating based on real client feedback.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS or AI with strong academic record.
• Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Strong Java proficiency and experience with Python for data tasks.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and integration.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements.
• 1–2 years of post-university experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy custom simulation solutions directly with clients
• Develop Java-based applications to meet specific business needs
• Own end-to-end delivery — from client requirements gathering through production deployment
• Integrate large-scale data into simulation and AI frameworks
• Collaborate with the core engineering team on architecture decisions for the simulation platform
• Work directly with client stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executives

• Drive projects from initial idea through deployment with a high degree of autonomy

Requirements

Must-Have

• MSc or higher in Computer Science or an AI-related field
• Ability to work directly with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong Java proficiency
• Working knowledge of Python for data processing and analysis
• Experience with large-scale data processing and integration
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to complex technical challenges
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements
• 1–2 years of relevant post-university experience

Nice-to-Have

• C++ experience for performance‑critical components
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations research
• Experience with simulation frameworks or modeling tools
• Fintech or quantitative analysis experience

• Experience working in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), OCR tools, or analytics platforms
• Background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or paid ads optimization
• Experience with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems
• Familiarity with document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no‑code/low‑code tools
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation
• Prior experience in a consulting, operations, or innovation‑focused role

System and Work Setup Requirements:

• A stable and high‑speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up‑to‑date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
• A designated, quiet, and well‑organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
