The Foreman plays an integral role in coordinating activities on-site, managing resources and observe project timelines. He has the primary task of overseeing the project works and ensures the work completion efficiently, safely and within the quality standards. Their impact is significant, as effective leadership directly contributes to project success, worker morale, and compliance to regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- With atleast 2+years of field supervision and project execution experience in Auxiliary or IT infrastructure.
- Strong background and experience with any or all of the following: Auxiliary systems CCTV, FDAS, Biometrics, Door Access Control, Turnstile, Boom Barrier, BGM, WIFI-AP, Structured Cabling and Solar Solutions.
- Willing to relocate and do field work based on project site
- Strong team management and supervision skills with focus on quality and safety.
- Adaptable to pressured environment and can work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
- Knowledgeable in industry codes, policies, safety standards and best practices relevant to auxiliary and IT infrastructure projects.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
