Overview

Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the gas station, including greeting customers, assisting with fueling needs, checking tire pressure and fluid levels (oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid), cleaning windshields and windows, and answering questions about products and services. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the gas station by monitoring fuel pumps for leaks and damage, maintaining a clean and organized work area (including the pump islands and surrounding areas), following safety procedures and regulations related to the handling and dispensing of gasoline, and assisting with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting with fueling needs
• Checking tire pressure and fluid levels (oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid)
• Cleaning windshields and windows
• Answering customer questions about products and services
• Monitoring fuel pumps and hoses for leaks and damage
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the pump islands and surrounding areas
• Following all safety procedures and regulations related to the handling and dispensing of gasoline
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as maintaining inventory of gas station supplies
• Assisting with minor maintenance and repairs
• Accepting payment for fuel and other services
