Customer Transactions

• Pump fuel into customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Handle payment transactions, provide receipts, and give correct change.
• Offer excellent customer service and assist with inquiries or help, including windshield cleaning and tire inflation.
• Ensure the forecourt, pump area, and station equipment are clean and well-maintained.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks to keep the station presentable and safe.
• Conduct fuel stock checks before and after each shift using a dipstick on the underground tank (UGT).
• Accurately report fuel levels to ensure proper inventory management.
• Monitor and report stock levels of Lubes, Gasul, and Petron Value Card (PVC).

Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
