Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines is seeking an administrative support professional responsible for gathering documents for ROPA booking, preparing and filing WOP petitions, and maintaining the ROPA-NAFS database. Responsibilities

• Gathers or collates documents necessary for ROPA booking of accounts
• Processes publication billings through the Purchasing System
• Assists Legal Team in processing requests for payment of litigation expenses through the Purchasing System
• Assists the business team in the liquidation of revolving fund for RD Fees
• Facilitate vehicle requests of the team
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned to her by the Team or the Unit
