Job summary

Markem-Imaje in the Philippines seeks a Forecasting Specialist to drive revenue forecasting across ID and Asia regions. You will run monthly forecasts, support budgets, and develop rolling models using historical data and structured assumptions.

You will work with ERP, CRM, and BI tools such as Excel, Power BI, and OneStream, collaborating across teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights for printers, consumables, spares, and project-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ FP&A, business analysis or data-focused roles.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or B2B environment is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and highlight insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI) and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly ORF, quarterly forecasts, SOIP and basic data analysis including variance analysis, trend identification, and KPI tracking, month end closing and reporting.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in building rolling forecast and AOP models using structured assumptions and historical data.
• Maintain and update financial models and templates.
• Use ML (coding and non-coding) solutions to improve forecast automatization.
• Monitor partner performance and profitability; manage incentive programs.
• Support Market / Custom data analysis and project-based deals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP, CRM and BI systems; align with global reporting standards.
• Use Excel, Power BI, AI and reporting tools to streamline recurring reports and dashboards.
• Has access to the system and play regional super-user for OneStream.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects as required.

Forecasting Specialist

The Role

The Forecasting Specialist delivers excellence in the forecasting processes, manages Revenue forecasting tasks cross a diverse region in ID and ASIA Zones. This role ensures accurate, timely, and insight-driven demand forecasts for printers, consumables, spares and project-based solutions in coding & marking industry. The specialist closely works with decision makers, business partnering and demand planning function to manage the forecast.

What you will do

What you need to have

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Good knowledge of SAP, OneStream and Salesforce.com highly desirable.
• 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A, business analysis or data-focused roles
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or B2B environment is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and highlight insights
• Understanding of P&L, gross margin drives, and basic financial modelling
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
• Experience with financial reporting tools or BI tools (Power BI) is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI-based tools, machine learning based demand models and automation techniques to enhance efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn industry dynamics, pricing structures and distributor models
