Hive Health Pte Ltd. is seeking an Accounting Assistant/Specialist - Accounts Receivable (A/R) to manage receivables, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts in the Philippines. You will work with internal teams to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.

Responsibilities include processing billings, monitoring AR balances, aging reports, and assisting in month-end closes. First month onsite, then hybrid work, with Day 1 healthcare and PTO perks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with customers.

About the Role

As an Accounting Assistant/Specialist - Accounts Receivable (A/R) at Hive Health, you will be responsible for managing the company’s receivables, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and issue billings accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of receivables transactions and update customer accounts.

  • Generate and analyze aging reports to track collection efforts.

• Reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the sales-related (Growth) and operations teams to address billing concerns.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

• Support audits and compliance requirements by providing necessary documentation.
