Hive Health Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant/Specialist - Accounts Receivable to manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with Growth and Operations teams to optimize cash flow and ensure accurate receivables. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year of AR experience, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in managing customer interactions.
• The first month of employment will be fully onsite, transitioning to hybrid work afterwards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of receivables transactions and update customer accounts.

About the Role
