Job summary

Jojo Bragais is seeking a Sales Representative to handle customer inquiries, assist store buyers, process orders, and support daily store operations at the flagship store in Quezon City.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, excellent English communication, and a sales-driven, presentable, energetic attitude; weekend and shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to speak English.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and at the Jojo Bragais Flagship Store in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization.
• Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and merchandise handling.
• Perform daily and weekly sales report.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales concerns professionally.
• Promote ongoing store campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Support overall store operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
