Dempsey Resource Management in Malabon is searching for an Account Manager to handle institutional and HORECA accounts, aiming to achieve sales targets. You will develop trade relations and prepare reports on sales performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills. The position offers a salary of ₱25,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 per month along with benefits like HMO and car plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company.
• Willing to do field work in different locations and do admin day at Malabon head office.

Job description

Pay: ₱25,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 (Basic and De minimis) per month plus monthly sales incentives

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional and HORECA accounts and achieve sales target set by the Company with focus on placement, distribution and saturation grid.
• Establish and maintain good trade relations with the accounts.
• Develop and add customers and negotiate for the best trade deals for the company in terms of marketing, merchandising and distribution aimed at improving and optimizing sales and operations efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports related to accounts management and sales performances.

Requirements

• With Bachelor's Degree in any business related course
• With at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity preferably from an FMCG or manufacturing company
• With excellent negotiation, communication & inter-personal skills
• Proficient in excel, power point presentation and can write business correspondences
• Proactive, assertive, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to do field work in different locations and do admin day at Malabon head office.
