Job summary

Global Catering (GCAT) is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure that all employees, procedures, and products meet national and international food safety standards. The role involves QA audits, HACCP implementation, ISO-related activities, and collaboration with auditors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a background in food science (B.S Food Technology or B.S Biology), strong communication, and computer skills, with fresh graduates also considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate with B.S Food Technology or B.S Biology.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with experience in a QA role.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor quality management systems across Receiving, Butchery, Hot Kitchen, Cold Portioning, Flowline/Make & Pack, and Dispatch.
• Perform micro analysis of water, ice, surfaces and hand swabs.
• Prepare samples for microbiology testing and manage monthly QA documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and other national/international standards.
• Lead sanitation/audit activities with internal QA and government bodies such as BOQ.
• Develop and maintain GMP/HACCP documentation systems and coordinate third‑party lab testing.
• Assist suppliers' quality requirements and liaise with auditors to close corrective actions.
