Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an R&D and Feasibility Manager to oversee pre-operational technical development for a new food ingredient project. The role requires translating product concepts into validated formulations, conducting pilot trials, and preparing technical specifications before plant commissioning, with cross-site coordination between Manila and Cebu.

Ideal candidates bring strong food science knowledge, hands-on formulation and pilot-trial discipline, plus experience

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in food R&D, product development, ingredient development, or related areas.
• At least 3 years leading or managing technical trials or commercialization projects.

Mansioni

• Lead technical development and feasibility activities for new food ingredient projects prior to plant commissioning.
• Translate concepts into validated formulations, process assumptions, specs, and feasibility recommendations.
• Plan and oversee laboratory trials and pilot-scale testing for product validation.
• Develop and optimize formulations, processes, and ingredient applications based on scientific evaluation.
• Prepare technical documentation including specs, trial reports, shelf-life plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation, transfer, and initial production runs.
• Travel to project sites to support plant validation and trials.
