Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to help ensure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You will also supervise calibration of equipment, maintain lab safety, and ensure proper documentation.

You will record, analyze, and document results in accordance with GLP, GMP, HACCP, FDA, ISO standards, and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemical Technician.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
• 1–2 years of quality control or laboratory testing experience; fresh graduates are considered.
• Knowledge of GLP, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and ISO standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of LIMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Record, analyze, and document test results in accordance with GLP, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Investigate out-of-specification results, deviations, and quality concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collect and test product and environmental samples and inspect packaging materials, labels, and product integrity.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, FDA regulations, ISO, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
