Job summary

The Production Operator (Food Manufacturing) at Jollibee Group is responsible for converting raw materials into finished goods using available resources while meeting quality standards. You will operate and maintain process equipment to ensure production runs at optimum efficiency and inspect equipment during operations.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related fields, with at least 1 year in machine operation within food manufacturing or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, electromechanics technology, or industrial technology.
• At least 1 year experience in machine operation in food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and line equipment.
• Able to sustain in hot and/or cold work environment.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on internship or OJT experience in machine operation in food or FMCG manufacturing industry welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Execute conversion of raw materials into finished goods using allocated resources
• Ensure quality of raw materials and finished products meets standard specifications
• Operate and maintain process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality
• Conduct inspections of equipment during production operations
• Lift heavy equipment from time to time
