Job summary

Jafar's Wrap Rice and Salad in the Philippines seeks a Production Manager to direct the production process, coordinate with supervisors, ensure quality standards, and enforce health and safety procedures to meet schedules. A college degree in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in food and beverage industry.
• Must have at least 3 years as Production Manager.
• Experience in inventory planning & control, costing and stock forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the production process to meet goals and schedules.
• Prepare manpower schedules for production staff and supervisors.
• Conduct hygiene and grooming inspections of production employees.
• Participate in company performance reviews and policy improvements.
• Attend monthly meetings, daily briefings, and company activities.
• Recommend logistics staff for regularization and promotion via performance appraisal.
• Forecast weekly production plans and ensure product availability.
• Supply needs of the stores and maintain production readiness.
• Update the MTD and oversee production processes to resolve issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations in the production area are met.
• Check product availability and maintain product quality standards.
• Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, pest control and AC cleaning.
