Responsibilities

• Check and verify food orders against order slips, receipts, or kitchen tickets before release.
• Ensure food items are complete, accurate, and properly prepared in accordance with order requirements.
• Verify food presentation, portioning, and packaging prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with kitchen and dining personnel regarding order completion and accuracy.
• Monitor the timely release and dispatch of food orders.
• Report discrepancies, missing items, and service concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food checking and dispatch area.
• Observe food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in maintaining records related to food order verification and release.
• Perform other related tasks necessary to support restaurant operations services.
