Universal Robina Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a licensed engineer to oversee production operations and equipment maintenance in a food manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, quality control, and teamwork to ensure consistent output.

The ideal candidate brings strong planning and communication skills, plus experience in production or maintenance. The position is based on site at URC’s facility in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Formación

• Licensed engineer with mechanical, electrical or ECE specialty.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing production or maintenance.
• Strong planning, organizing and directing abilities.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Check materials against the production plan for variety, quantity, quality and weight.
• Adjust equipment parameters and monitor start-up, run, and shut-down per rules.
• Record accurate production data and ensure traceability.
• Oversee daily start-up/shutdown and shift transfers.
• Maintain sanitation and prep of machines pre-operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production.
• Provide guidance and training to new staff as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance and QC.
