Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corporation is seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to install, inspect, repair, and maintain piping systems and utility lines in our food manufacturing facility. You will work to ensure safe, efficient operations, clean GMP compliance, and reliable flow of process utilities.

Key duties include piping installation, fabrication, preventive maintenance, leak testing, and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• Install, inspect, repair and maintain piping systems in food manufacturing.
• Follow GMP and sanitation requirements to ensure food safety.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and testing of piping and utility systems.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, modify, and repair piping systems.
• Perform pipe cutting, threading, bending, fitting, alignment, and fabrication.
• Maintain and support process water, steam, compressed air, and other utilities.
• Follow GMP, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Record maintenance activities and report findings.
