Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Boss Fries and Boss Siomai products per standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food cart and work area.
• Ensure proper food handling and safe storage.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Promote products and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
