Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform and document analytical procedures supporting sample analysis and validation using Flow Cytometry. You will contribute to root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with GLP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science or related field.
• Comfortable with rotating between afternoon and night shifts.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of GLP and related regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with laboratory techniques.
• Knowledge of lab safety and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document analytical procedures in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine data analysis to verify procedures meet expectations and tolerances.
• Identify potential performance issues and escalate to senior staff.
• Prepare data for upload to LIMS under guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in quality investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
• Prepare buffers and solutions as required.
• Assist in reviewing and updating laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Guide entry-level staff on routine procedures and support onboarding.
