Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of poker rules, procedures, and table operations.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to resolve player disputes calmly and professionally.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise poker tables, dealers, and floor operations during assigned shifts.

• Coordinate with cashier/cage, security, and management when necessary.
• Report irregularities, incidents, and operational concerns to management.
• Prepare shift reports and ensure proper turnover to the next shift.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused poker environment.
