Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Fleet Technical Support professional for the North Davao Engineering Support Department. This on-site role involves handling field/work orders, processing registrations, managing inventory, and ensuring ISO IMS/AMS compliance to support our energy operations in Tagum City and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with at least 2 years of related experience and a strong focus on safety, asset management, and operational efficiency.

As Fleet Technical Support, you will provide technical assistance to department operations by handling complaints, generating and dispatching work orders, managing data and dashboard updates, and monitoring stock requisitions to meet section targets and metrics, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the North Davao Engineering Support Department to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Handles and dispatches field/work orders periodically to address vehicle-related complaints and concerns, providing regular progress updates on their execution.
• Facilitates essential administrative procedures including preparing and verifying payment requests, purchase orders, and liquidations, while acting as department cash and document custodian.
• Processes vehicle registration certificates and renewals, manages vehicle insurance and accident claims, and serves as the department's LTO Liaison Officer.
• Manages department tools and material inventory by conducting the issuance, return, and condition verification of tools, checking stock levels, and requesting replenishment.
• Plans resource allocation and schedules to efficiently achieve section objectives while ensuring strict compliance with ISO IMS, Asset Management Systems (AMS), and 5S standards.

To Succeed In This Role, We Need Someone Who

• Demonstrates capability in Operational Fleet & Complaints Management, efficiently handling vehicle concerns and dispatching work orders to achieve section targets.
• Possesses strong skills in Vehicle Registration & Liaison Administration to process certificates, manage insurance claims, and act as an LTO Liaison Officer.
• Exhibits proficiency in Tool Room Operations & Inventory Auditing to manage the issuance, return, and stocking of equipment and operational materials.
• Shows strong dedication to maintaining high safety, environmental, and asset management standards in accordance with ISO IMS, AMS, and company guidelines.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Must be a College Graduate, preferably in technical courses.
• Must have at least 2 years of professional experience in a related field (Entry-level role; no previous leadership or project experience is required).

Technical / Functional Skills

• Basic Awareness on Safety and Health (Level 3): Able to practice, implement, and report deviations related to IMS requirements, 1AP guidelines, and applicable laws on occupational health and safety.
• Basic Awareness on Environmental Management (Level 3): Knowledge of IMS requirements, 1AP guidelines, and applicable laws on the environment and solid waste management.
• Hazardous Chemical / Materials Handling (Level 3): Able to implement and handle hazardous chemicals and materials in a safe and proper manner in accordance with IMS procedures.
• Electrical Safety (Level 3): Able to work safely in a workplace with electricity in accordance with IMS procedures.
• Basic Awareness on Asset Management System (AMS) (Level 3): Possesses knowledge of Asset Management System requirements, including a basic understanding of finance in support of AMS.
