Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/managerial experience in fleet/operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and transportation regulations.
• Experience supervising staff in logistics/transport environments.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers and management.
• Understanding health and safety regulations in fleet operations.
• Willingness to conduct 50%+ field work nationwide.
• Knowledge of Philippine transport regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fleet availability and reliability to support daily operations.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, downtime, condition, and replacement needs.
• Plan fleet capacity based on growth and operational needs.
• Manage repair shops, suppliers, and service providers.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and address recurring issues.
• Monitor fleet performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the fleet team while controlling costs and efficiency.
