Job summary

Camel Appliances Manufacturing Corporation in Cavite is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee the company’s trucking operations. You will lead the fleet, ensure trucks are safe, and supervise the team to meet dispatch deadlines.

Responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance, analyzing breakdowns, preparing monthly reports for management, and driving continuous improvement through staff development.

• Takes charge in managing fleet.
• Ensure that trucks are safe and in good condition before departure (PDI).
• Responsible for maintaining good condition trucks through the implementation of preventive maintenance.
• Coordinates, performs end‑to‑end processes and proposes training needs for the team.
• Prepares monthly reports to be presented to management.
• Monitors and analyzes truck breakdowns to drive improvements.
• Responsible for achieving the set KPIs of the department.
• Supervises and delegates work to the team based on scheduling or urgency of repair.
• Maintains a safe and sound workplace.
• Injects development programs for the department to support continuous improvement.
