Job summary

Blue Aurora Solutions, Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a dedicated Logistics & Fleet Coordinator to oversee shipment coordination, rider operations, and carrier negotiations, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics across the organization.

You will support daily warehouse activities, maintain fleet data in the system, generate management reports, and collaborate with 3PL partners to resolve delays and discrepancies while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics preferred.
• Have 1–2 years experience in Logistics.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and database management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the coordination and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and business units.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company SOPs for dispatch and rider operations.
• Communicate with rider providers, 3PL partners, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or discrepancies.
• Negotiate rates and review partners contracts in coordination with management.
• Source and evaluate additional partner couriers to expand delivery capacity.
• Resolve logistics-related issues such as damaged or lost goods, shipping delays, or order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data entry in the fleet management system and generate reports for management.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and dispatching orders.
• Perform other logistics-related duties as required to support overall operations.
