Yunyi Transportation Inc. is seeking a dependable Dispatch Coordinator in Metro Manila to oversee day-to-day shipping and delivery activities, monitor progress, coordinate schedules with drivers and partners, and ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling multiple shipments, maintaining clear records in internal systems, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant logistics or operations experience.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics or transportation is advantageous.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily dispatch, shipping, and delivery activities.
• Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery with updates.
• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, carriers, warehouse, and customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment progress.
• Prepare daily dispatch and operational reports.
• Identify delays or issues and take corrective action.
• Maintain shipment details in internal systems.
• Ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate.
