Job summary

Deli-Vel Flavors & Blends Corp. / Delifresh is seeking a Research & Development Officer to lead the development and improvement of sauces, condiments, and frozen vegetable products for local and export markets.

You will conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations, and prepare technical documentation to support product commercialization with Production, QA, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Creative, detail-oriented and knowledgeable in food processing.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve food products, formulations, and processes
• Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations
• Prepare product specifications and technical documentation
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Marketing teams for product commercialization
