Job summary

PH62 Nexperia Philippines is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join the Global Connectivity Team. You will plan, maintain, and enhance the network to support business operations across the site, ensuring security, reliability, and high performance.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network services and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable infrastructure and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT networking experience in multinational or semiconductor environment.
• CCNA certification or higher; strong Cisco networking platform experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols; knowledge of routing, IP addressing, DHCP, NTP, IP Multicast, ACLs, VLANs, trunking, and LAG.
• Experience managing Cisco networks and firewall solutions; familiarity with monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 network availability across the ATCB campus.
• Plan, implement, and support network and computing infrastructure.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network services, equipment, and devices.
• Monitor network performance and implement optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for issue resolution.
• Manage network assets and lifecycle renewals.
• Collaborate with Network Architects to optimize performance and reliability.
• Maintain security by enforcing access policies.
