Brown House Fitness Academy in Santa Rosa, Laguna invites an enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our Nuvali Branch. You will assess clients, lead individual and group sessions, and tailor personalized workout programs to help members achieve their goals.

You’ll monitor progress, provide motivation, ensure safety and cleanliness of the gym, promote classes and services, and stay current with industry trends. Excellent customer service and achievement of monthly quotas are expected.

Competenze

• Experience conducting fitness assessments.
• Ability to tailor workouts to client goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of gym safety and clean working environment.

Looking for a Fitness Coach for our Brown House Nuvali Branch

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing fitness assessments for clients and members

• Lead both individual and group fitness sessions tailored to client goals and fitness levels

• Design and implement personalized workout programs based on client needs and objectives

• Monitor the progress of clients, providing regular feedback, adjustments, and motivation

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workout environment at all times

• Actively promote gym services, classes, and programs to enhance member engagement and retention

• Remain current with fitness industry trends, certifications, and best practices

• Achieve monthly performance quotas as set by the Employer

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner

• Additional duties as assigned by Employer (work related as Coach)
