Job summary

Fixi Group Philippines, Inc. is seeking a fitness coach for an on-site role in Makati. The position requires a diploma and a certificate as a gym/fitness coach, with foundational knowledge in Pilates and at least two years of experience as a fitness trainer.

Responsibilities include client screenings, guiding form and core engagement, and adapting exercises for various populations. Expect a full-time schedule, six days per week, with overtime pay and government-mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certificate as a gym coach or fitness coach.
• Basic knowledge in Pilates.
• At least 2 years of experience as a fitness trainer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing screenings to identify muscular imbalances, postural deviations, and restricted range of motion.
• Deliver high-level verbal, visual, and tactile cues to ensure clients maintain proper form, spinal alignment, and core engagement.
• Proactively modify exercises for prenatal/postpartum clients, seniors, and those recovering from injury or surgery.
• Maintain accurate records of client performance, milestones, and feedback to support long-term development and retention.
• Adhere to hygiene protocols by sanitizing equipment between sessions and keeping the studio professional and organized.
