Overview
A fitness coach is responsible for helping individuals or groups achieve their fitness goals by providing personalized training programs, guidance, and support. The role involves designing workout routines, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and offering motivation and encouragement throughout the fitness journey. Fitness coaches assess clients' fitness levels, monitor progress, and modify plans as needed to ensure safety and effectiveness. They may also provide nutritional advice and educate clients on lifestyle habits that complement physical fitness. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of fitness principles, and the ability to adapt to different client needs are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting fitness assessments and setting goals with clients
- Developing and leading individual or group fitness classes
- Demonstrating and instructing proper exercise techniques
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting programs as needed
- Providing encouragement, motivation, and accountability
- Offering advice on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintaining client records and tracking progress
- Ensuring a safe workout environment and enforcing safety protocols
- Continuing education to stay updated on fitness trends and methods
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- All gender are welcome
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or without experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
