Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Fire Sprinkler Fabrication & Coordination Engineer to prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication plans for fire sprinkler systems, coordinating with HVAC, structural, and architectural teams for code-compliant designs.

You will leverage CAD and 3D scanning tools to optimize layouts, resolve clashes, and support fabrication and installation teams, ensuring documentation and NFPA standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fire sprinkler design, fabrication planning, or coordination engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop shop drawings and fabrication plans for fire sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate with HVAC, structural, and architectural trades to ensure integrated designs.
• Review project specifications, codes, and standards to guarantee compliance.
• Utilize 3D scanning technology to validate site conditions and enhance design accuracy.
• Identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in multidisciplinary drawings.
• Provide technical support to fabrication and installation teams.
• Maintain documentation and records of design revisions, approvals, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures.
