Job summary

CBTW Banking and Finance seeks an eA FinTech Report Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for financial systems and applications. You will transform business data into meaningful reports using Actuate, Crystal Reports, JasperReports, or similar tools.

You will work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to gather requirements, develop scalable report solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with banking standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in report development or similar role.
• Strong experience with Actuate, Crystal Reports, JasperReports or equivalents.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data extraction techniques.
• Experience in financial services, banking systems, or FinTech is a plus.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain financial and operational reports using reporting tools like Actuate, Crystal, or Jasper.
• Build and enhance report templates, dashboards, and data visualizations per business needs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements.
• Develop SQL queries and data extraction logic to support reporting.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in reports and reporting systems.
• Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial reporting standards.
• Collaborate with local and offshore teams across project phases.
• Document report specifications, logic, and development processes.
