Maya Philippines is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to develop, monitor, and implement the Regulatory Compliance Program for E-Money, MSB and related licenses.

You will work with BSP, SEC, AMLA and other regulators to guide product and service changes, coordinate audits, conduct compliance testing, monitor findings, and communicate with stakeholders. A 4-year business degree and 4+ years of regulatory experience are required, preferably in e-money/remittance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in a business-related course with focus on financial services.
• Certification in compliance is an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess applicable regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to guide product/service changes for regulatory conformity.
• Coordinate with internal and external examiners for audits/examinations.
• Conduct independent compliance testing and assessments.
• Monitor, report, and escalate findings from regulators and internal audits.
• Track actions to resolve regulatory findings across teams and processes.
• Assist BSP/Internal/External Auditors in periodic Maya audits.
• Maintain good relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
• Oversee submission of regulatory reports in collaboration with business/ops units.
• Correspond with regulators for approvals or notifications of products/outsourcing.
• Deliver compliance awareness programs.
