Job summary

GCash is seeking a Regulatory Monitoring & Compliance professional in the Philippines to track regulatory changes, perform in-depth research, and summarize updates for management. You will support BSP reporting, maintain documentation, and assist in policy development to ensure alignment with current regulations.

This role also covers data integrity in compliance systems, preparation of presentations, and involvement in ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory monitoring or compliance is preferred.
• Ability to summarize complex regulatory updates clearly.
• Knowledge of BSP, AMLC, SEC, and NPC regulations is a strong plus.
• Proven data organization and document control capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Monitoring & Research: track new laws, regulations, and guidelines; summarize updates and impacts.
• Regulatory Reporting & Documentation: assist BSP reporting; maintain comprehensive compliance records and correspondence.
• Policy & Procedure Support: help develop and update internal compliance policies and controls.
• General Admin & Ad-hoc Duties: maintain compliance databases, prepare presentations, participate in special projects.
