Job summary

PalawanPay is seeking a Product Specialist to support delivery and continuous improvement of key product areas. You will work with the Lead Product Manager to define requirements, monitor success metrics, and guide execution from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, customer-centric fintech products, focusing on payments, remittance, and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, CS, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fintech/tech roles.
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and conducting business or impact analysis.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams within fast-paced environments.
• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, system flows, and integration dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Product Manager in defining, prioritizing, and executing product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements to support product enhancements and new feature development.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs with the Business Analyst.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design to ensure clear understanding and delivery of requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
