Job summary

FinDev Gateway is seeking a Fintech Policy Associate to work with industry experts, member firms and the UFF policy team on research, advocacy and thought leadership in fintech policy.

This hands-on role translates policy work into positions that shape how the sector is regulated, with responsibilities spanning research on regulatory policies, drafting policy documents and tracking developments to inform the sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on regulatory policies, industry trends and market dynamics in the Indian fintech sector.
• Draft position papers, white papers, consultation responses and other policy documents with the policy team.
• Track policy and regulatory developments, and assess their implications for the fintech industry.
• Work with cross-functional teams and member firms to gather inputs and insights that inform UFF's policy positions.
• Develop educational resources, reports and publications on fintech, fraud awareness, digital and financial literacy, etc.

Job description

The Fintech Policy Associate will work alongside industry experts, member firms and the UFF policy team on research, advocacy and thought leadership in Fintech. It is a hands-on role for someone who wants their work to translate directly into policy positions that shape how the sector is regulated.
